Refund Policy & Terms and Conditions

At Paternity Testing Solutions, we are committed to providing you with clear information about our services. Before proceeding with testing, please review the following important terms and conditions. By acknowledging these terms, you agree to the following:

All Sales are Final: Once you schedule your appointment, all services are nonrefundable. This applies to all DNA tests, including legal and non-legal tests, and any exceptional circumstances that may arise.
Client’s Responsibility: It is your responsibility to confirm pregnancy, determine how far along you are, and ensure you are a suitable candidate for testing. We are not responsible for confirming pregnancy or the health of the fetus.
No Refunds for Missed Appointments: If you or any test party misses the appointment or changes your mind after the appointment is scheduled, no refunds will be given.
Estimated Processing Times: All test processing and result timelines, including rush orders, are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to weather, sample quality, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays in test results.
No Refunds for Delays: We do not offer refunds or discounts if your results are delayed due to insufficient samples or bad weather.
Payment Responsibility: The person who scheduled and paid for the test and all test parties are jointly responsible for paying the full testing fee. All accounts must be settled within seven business days of the original appointment or before the results are delivered.
Nonrefundable Fees: If anyone involved in the test changes their mind or refuses to continue testing after the initial appointment, all fees remain nonrefundable, and any remaining balances must still be paid.
Pregnancy Complications: If a miscarriage, misdiagnosis, or other pregnancy-related complications occur, all testing fees are still nonrefundable, and any outstanding balances must be paid in full.
Additional Samples: Due to the complexity of DNA testing, we may need additional DNA samples from test participants. If any participant refuses or cannot provide the additional sample, all sales remain final, and the fees are still due.
Outstanding Balances: All payments are due within seven business days, regardless of the testing status or results. Delays in payments may result in further action to collect the remaining balances.

DNA Test Results Release Policy

At Paternity Testing Solutions, your privacy and the secure handling of your DNA test results are our top priorities. We follow strict procedures to ensure results are shared only with authorized individuals who meet our identification and verification standards.

Who Can Receive Test Results?

We release test results to individuals or entities authorized by law and consent. These include:

Tested Parties: Adults (18 years or older) who participated in the test.
Legal Guardians: Guardians who provided the necessary consent for the test.
Attorneys on Record: Lawyers who submit valid documentation proving their role in the case.
Law Enforcement or Government Agencies: Agencies that provide the required paperwork to request results.

Everyone requesting results must meet these criteria, provide valid photo identification, and complete our secure verification process to ensure we comply with privacy laws and standards.

How Test Results Are Delivered

The delivery method depends on the type of test performed:

Non-Legal Test Reports: Sent electronically via email for quick, confidential access.
Legal Test Reports:
Prenatal Tests: The legal report will be sent electronically via email.
Postnatal Tests: A non-legal version of the report will be emailed, and the original legal document will be available for pickup at our office.

Required Documentation

Before any results are released, all tested parties must complete the Release of Legal Paternity Test Results document to confirm their authorization. We will refer you to the tested parties if you do not meet the required criteria to access the results. It is at their discretion whether to share this sensitive information. We do not have any control over their decision to release the results to individuals who do not meet compliance requirements.
