Our Legal DNA Testing services provide reliable, court-admissible results that follow strict chain-of-custody protocols. Whether you need to resolve family matters, secure child support, establish paternity, or settle inheritance disputes, courts, government agencies, and legal entities recognize our legal DNA testing.
Our Legal DNA testing differs from peace of mind DNA and at-home testing because it involves verified sample collection and documentation that makes the results admissible in court. Per the AABB accreditation that our labs have obtained, a strict chain of custody has to be followed.

Sample Collection
DNA samples for postnatal testing are collected using a simple, painless buccal (cheek) swab, performed under strict supervision for the alleged father, mother, or any other relative. The same swab method is used on the child to ensure the proper chain of custody.
For prenatal testing, we collect a noninvasive blood sample from the mother, who must be at least seven weeks pregnant. We also perform a painless buccal (cheek) swab on the alleged father. All parties will have their identification verified, and all necessary documentation will be completed to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout the entire process.
Testing Process
Your samples are processed in an AABB-accredited lab, ensuring the highest accuracy and reliability standards. Results are typically available within three business days for post-natal and up to five business days for prenatal.
Receive Your Results
Once testing is complete, you will receive a comprehensive, court-admissible report that can be used for legal purposes.
